Delivery of goods schedule -
Within 5 business days to a maximum of 14 business days from date of receipt of firm order. The order would be considered firm on receipt of full payment and clear, complete and final instructions from buyer.
   
Delivery of goods subject to availability of product or other situations beyond our immediate control. Any anticipated delay, non availability would be notified to the buyer only through your registered email address with us.
   
Goods would be shipped by government postal service
Or by reputable private Courier .
   
Goods once shipped cannot be cancelled, redirected, put on hold, or stored for any reason whatsoever.
   
The consignee or delivery address must be clear giving name of consignee, house building or Apt # and or name , street details, name of city & country,
postal code or zip code , telephone nos at the delivery address, home, and or work and delivery instructions if any.
   
If the shipping address and or delivery information supplied by the buyer is incorrect, insufficient, incomplete or if the consignee is unreachable , refuses to accept the goods, is unavailable, or moved than the goods shipped in good faith would be considered as delivered and the order executed and no refund, liability claims will be entertained from the buyer. Further any additional costs incurred by the consignor (shipper or vendor) would be to the buyers account.
   
Proof of delivery - Would be available from & as provided by the delivery service delivering your goods to you.
   
Buyers please note, in addition to the legal terms of use and requirements listed where applicable on this website the buyer of goods & services is subject to the terms & conditions of the shipper (courier company, and or postal service etc). In brief all shipping terms & conditions applicable to the vendor are on a back to back basis and also applicable to the buyer.
 

 

 
 
Your shipping advise would be sent to your registered email address with us within 24 hours of the shipment leaving the shipping location .
   

The shipping advise would have the following information

-Your order ref
-Date & Time of despatch of consignment
-Name & address of consignee (which is the buyer)
-Name of shipper & contact details
-Tracking # or label # of shipper
-Documentation included ( invoice, description of goods, certificates required for customs clearance etc)

   

If the shipment leaves by Indian government postal service ,the tracking can be done in your country on your countries postal service by first logging on to the web address www.indiapost.org/links.html which will you give links to all foreign postal sites. From these links or websites you log onto your countries postal site and go to the tracking feature and do as directed by the website. Most websites have toll free telephone numbers and other options including proof of
delivery to assist you with respect to the status of your shipment.

It is advisable to insure all shipments in case of loss, damage etc.
Shipping insurance is available at additional cost and available as an option to the buyer & purchased at the time of sale only.
Further the goods can be insured up to their purchase value only.
