Payments
& Fees |

A) the purchaser of services and or products is responsible for
paying all fees, costs, applicable taxes if any, in connection with
the purchase of services and or products, including and not limited
to non use of service or services and products once purchased.
B) We reserve the right to change our pricing policy at any time
& at and at our sole discretion and choosing. We also reserve
the right to change the method or manner in which we charge members,
users and or purchasers of services and or products or the
method of payment which is acceptable to us, which is also at
our sole discretion.
C). Once we have confirmed receipt of your full payment, we will
credit your account with the services and or products purchased.
All payments made are non refundable, non transferable and final
except in the event the problem is from our side and strictly
limited to the value of the services and or products purchased
or any unused portion thereof.
D) Part payments are not acceptable.
E) If your usage of the Service is terminated because of a breach
or violation of this Agreement in part or in full or for any reason
which in our sole discretion is valid ground for termination,
any unused and or balance Credits are automatically and immediately
forfeited.
F) You also are liable to pay for any fees or charges incurred
to access and or use the Service to any third party , whether
inadvertently, not of your making, or otherwise.
G) We do not have access to credit card numbers supplied by the
user. For your protection, credit card payment transactions are
fully encrypted that meets industry standards. |

Party Services (For Accommodation & Transport Portal) |

A) Third party service providers must check & establish the
credentials of users of their service before providing such service
or services.
B) The ID information of the user is available online in the
check ID button provided in the service provider account function.
The ID info of the user (e.g. passport, citizenship card &
motor vehicle driving license) must be verified with the hard
copy of the user at the time of check-in. Additional photo ID
could also be asked, such as government issued income tax cards,
sin cards, health cards etc. Other pieces of Id would be credit
cards, bank debit cards and workplace photo ID. Further all documentation
must be current & valid and in the name of the user . Also
it is advisable to keep all copies of such information, including
permanent residential address,
land line & mobile telephone numbers at work and at home.
C) All payments must be taken in advance in cash or certified
funds only.
D) In addition to the above It is advisable to take a refundable
deposit to cover all contingencies.
E) It would not hurt if you make the user sign a simple user
agreement containing and not limited to the name, permanent address,
land & mobile telephone numbers, passport, driving license
details of the user and further specifying the rate, duration,
services
provided to the user stating that the services are temporary in
nature and further the user is liable for payment of all costs
incurred And indemnifies at all times the service provider and
any third party by virtue of using the services. Of course the
above is only a sample agreement and not to be construed as legal
advice, legal opinion or a substitute for it. You are advised
to take whatever steps necessary to protect your interests including
and not limited to consulting with your lawyer regarding your
own situation.
F) It is important to note that service provider must provide
goods & services as agreed with the user of such services.
Further the service provider must ensure that they are in a strong
legal position to provide such services with respect to accommodation
& transport, such as but not limited to, ownership, insurance,
maintenance, licenses, local laws, current & valid documentation,
Good & running condition of the accommodation & vehicle
etc .
G) Users of accommodation & transport must exercise caution,
be judicious in selecting their service suppliers with respect
to and not limited to ,supplier credentials, ownership, insurance,
maintenance, licenses, local laws, current & valid documentation,
Good & running condition of the accommodation & or vehicle
etc .
General
H) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIRD PARTY PRODUCT AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON THE (meetingjunction.com)
WEB SITE.(Four Winds) FORMS PARTNERSHIPS OR ALLIANCES WITH SOME
OF THESE VENDORS FROM TIME TO TIME IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE
PROVISION OF THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO YOU.
HOWEVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AT NO TIME IS (Four Winds)
MAKING ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD PARTY'S
