How do I login from the home page? |

Click on the member login tab
provided on each respective portal which should take
you to the member login panel of that portal. Here
enter your user name or ID and your password and hit
GO, after which you can access all the features.Happy

I see four register
panels on the home page. Can I register only once
to access all the four portals ( Dating & Matrimonial,
Advertise, Accommodation & Travel & Market
Place)? |

You will have to register separately at each of the four portals with the same User name and password. The advantage of using the same user name & password for all the portals is that the info you have entered once is automatically copied for the respective portal you have visited.Just follow prompts and do as directed .
Also you have to remember only one user name and password. Good for busy & lazy people.

Can I use different user names &

Yes you can use different user
names & passwords for each portal.The disadvantage
is that now you have to remember as many user names
& passwords as you use. If you like living on
the edge this is for you.

How do I register or sign up from a respective
portal?

You click on the register tab
appearing on the personal tool bar. A registration
form will open up. Fill in details as directed and
hit the submit button. A message should appear in
the registration format
stating that you have successfully registered . Now
that you have registered you now enter your User name
& password in the member login panel to access
all the features.After registration you will also
see your user name appearing on your personal tool
bar. The personal tool bar is the bar where you see
your user name appearing. The same bar also shows
the current day, date & year. |

Or Market place portals), do I have to register in
another portal again? |

If you have registered
in one portal, you do not have to register again in
another portal. If you register with your existing
user name in one portal ,you have only to login as
member in another portal
with the same user name & password. The registration
information is copied automatically in the current
portal. Proceed as directed |

access some features of the website. Try the search

How do I cancel my registration |

You must furnish
your user Id & request cancellation to customer
care. The customer care function is available as a
foot link at the bottom of any web page. You can re-register
again if you wish. However your previous user Id may
not be available again. |

numbers ( 2 Land lines & 1 Mobile) are required,
in the post your advertisement format.
(1) I have only one contact telephone number or
(2) I do not wish to provide my mobile telephone number
or
(3) I wish to list any two telephone numbers only. |

& three fields need to be filled in, you list
the telephone number or numbers you desire in the
required field & in the balance field or fields
you enter several zeroes. The
number of zeroes entered could be any number, but
to keep uniformity, the number of zeroes would be

in one portal do I have to login as member in a different
portal. |

Yes, you have to login as member
in each portal separately every time . It is the same
with logging out. |

Why must I logout every time. |

For your own security you must always logout every time, before you leave the website. The logout button is available on the right hand side of your personal toolbar, located at the top & is the bar where you see your user name, together with the current day, month, date & year appearing.

Forgot Password, how do I obtain it? |

This function is
available at the bottom of the member login panel
available on the sub main home page or the front page
of all the portals (Dating & Matrimony, Advertise
and so on). Just click on the words Forgot Password
& you will be directed to another page where a
form will open up. Here you fill in your existing
User Id & your email address registered with us
at the time of registration in the format provided,
click on submit & your done. Your forgotten password
would be available at your said email address instantly.

How do I change my password? |

You must login as member first,
after which the change password message would appear
on your personal toolbar. Click on Change Password
& a form would open up & proceed as directed.

are required in a password.
(2) Also are the words case sensitive.
(3) Can I keep blank spaces in the user name, for example

(1) Although there is no minimum
number of words required, but it is advisable to keep
to a minimum 4 words.
(2) The words are not case sensitive,
you may use upper or lower case words or a mix , but
however you must remember to type in the name or words
exactly as you entered them at the time of registration
or else you will not be able to access your account.
It
could be confusing, so stick to one style or pattern
only.
(3) You can leave a blank space
between words but you must remember to type in the
same name with a blank space or spaces between words
every time you access your account. |

When will an account get activated (

Assuming everything is in order,
your account should be active within 24 hrs after
receipt of funds into our account either
(1) Within 24 hrs with credit card payments
(2) or on receipt of your Draft / Cheque / money order
by mail first & then receipt of funds into our
bank account. This may take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks
or more. You will receive an email advising you about
your account activation. |

Here you do not click on the credit card or the other

Our Admin will send you an email advising you about
your account activation within 24 hours.
With a complimentary or 100 % free listing you pay
us nothing, no obligations ever, except, with your
goodwill. Also it would help if you get in touch with
customer care (foot link at the bottom of web page)
giving us your User Id , order # , transaction date
& mention the fact that it is a complimentary
or free posting. Of course, we already should have,
the requested info, but it helps to speed & match
things up.
Please note regular Users checking
the ( wire transfer) option at the payment gateway
unless advised otherwise (i.e complimentary posting
available to you) are required to make the payment
in full by the wire transfer payment option chosen,
for their account to

Your user mailbox would store your messages for a maximum of 30 days after which it gets automatically deleted. If you wish to save those messages for a further period you will have to re-direct it to your email service before the said period. The best way to
ensure you have those messages after the 30 day period is to re-direct the messages immediately on receipt, to your email address. So now you do not have to tie a string on your little finger to remember & you also have those messages as long as you wish . So now with this coin flip you win with Heads & Tails as well. |

The screen name or ID (user name) for the advertiser section & as a normal user, in the same section, can be the same. Proceed as per prompts & register with the same Id & Password when as a Advertiser or as a User (When not advertising). |

The system is designed not to divulge or make available your legal name & address to any user, unless compromised by you by inserting the said details in the advertisement description box. The only contact information to be displayed & available to the user of the website will be your Telephone & Mobile numbers & your email address as entered by you .Of course once the user contacts you, you are free to disclose your name, address & any

Apart from your telephone numbers, email address, your text description of the accommodation, type of accommodation (Apt / house / Single bedroom ) & your Rates, there are about 20 features or facilities that could be available to your prospective tenant that will be displayed in the advert. All you have to do is
to click Yes or No against each feature when posting your advert. However your legal name & location address will remain private until you decide to divulge it to your prospective buyer. |

In the accommodation section when posting your Advertisement I see the terms (Lockout) & (Curfew), what do they mean? |

Lockout - It means that a tenant cannot return to the accommodation after a time set by the owner of the accommodation. To prevent a lockout a tenant must return before the stipulated time, that's all.
Curfew - It means a tenant cannot leave the accommodation after a certain time set by the owner of the accommodation.
Both lockout & curfew are employed for security reasons we believe. May be there could be other reasons as well. In case if it is for other different reasons,please let us know & the first one with a similar reason comes in to us will get credit in these FAQ's.The reason will be posted here saying this info is with the courtesy of, with your name.

What details are available to the public in your Travel or Auto Transport advert? |

Your telephone numbers, email address, your text description in the advert , the Type of transport (Car/Van/Pick-up/Truck), Number of seats available, whether temperature controlled, Age of the vehicle & your Rates will be available for public viewing.
However your legal name & location address will remain private until you decide to divulge it to your prospective buyer.

You can buy without registering up to a point. In case you proceed to buy without registering, you can go all the way, until you reach the payment option, after which when you click on the payment option, you will be redirected back to the registration form. Here you check the buyer box , fill the form completely,
agree to terms of use, click submit & then you are back to the payment option & proceed from there as directed. So it is best if you register first & then proceed, unless of course if you like going back & forth, just for kicks or for the experience. |
